The Joint Technical Secretariat, in cooperation with the Ministry of European Affairs of Montenegro, Ministry of Finance of Montenegro – Directorate for Finance, Contracting and Implementation of EU Assistance Funds (CFCU) and State Agency of Strategic Programming and Aid Coordination of the Republic of Albania (SASPAC), organised three-day trainings on Project cycle management for the potential applicants from the eligible Programme area of Montenegro and Albania. During the period November – December 2024, as part of the preparatory activities before the publication of the 1st CfP within IPA III CBC Programme Montenegro – Albania, three trainings on drafting of project proposals in line with the EU rules were organized. Namely, two Project Cycle Management trainings were dedicated only for local authorities, i.e. one was held in Kolasin in period 20th – 22nd November 2024 for Montenegrin authorities, while for local and regional authorities from Albania was held in Shkodra in period 18th – 20th December 2024.
Also, one training was dedicated to other potential applicants from Montenegro and was held in period 27th – 29th November 2024 in Ulcinj, while the training for other potential applicants from Albania is expected to be held during February 2025.
