The Joint Technical Secretariat, in cooperation with the Ministry of European Affairs of Montenegro, Ministry of Finance of Montenegro – Directorate for Finance, Contracting and Implementation of EU Assistance Funds (CFCU) and State Agency of Strategic Programming and Aid Coordination of the Republic of Albania (SASPAC), organised three-day training course on Project cycle management for potential applicants from the eligible programme area of Albania.
In February 2025, as part of the preparatory activities before the publication of the 1st CfP within IPA III CBC Programme Montenegro – Albania, one training on drafting of project proposals in line with the EU rules was organised in Shengjin, Albania and was dedicated to other potential applicants than local and regional authorities from Albania and was held in period 3rd – 5th February 2025.
