Expected results of the project:
- To improve employability and social inclusion among youth, women, long-term unemployed persons and PWDs in sectors of Rural Tourism and Hospitality Services (T&H), Circular/Green Economy initiatives (CGE), Agriculture, and Social Entrepreneurship;
- To improve cross-border businesses competitiveness through capacity building for sustainable use of local resources and market needs and prospects for continuing employment and self-employment in targeted sectors in area of Shkodra (Fushe Arrez and Malesi e Madhe), Cetinje and Podgorica;
- To raise awareness of target groups and general audiences of the cross-border targeted regions about the aim, results and the impact of the Action, new employment opportunities and socially inclusive businesses models.
Target groups: jobseekers among youth, women, long term unemployed persons, PWDs, young women and youth from rural areas; and SMEs/economic entities.
Project area: Montenegro – Cetinje and Podgorica; Albania – Fushe Arrez and Malesi e Madhe
Impact of the project: To improve socially inclusive economic development of the border regions of Fushe Arrez, Malesi e Madhe and the area of Cetinje and Podgorica.
