The Joint Technical Secretariat, in cooperation with the Operating Structures of both countries (Office for European Integration of Montenegro, Ministry of Finance of Montenegro – Directorate for Finance and Contracting of the EU Assistance Funds (CFCU) and Ministry for Europe and Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Albania) are inviting you to participate to three-day  training on “Project Cycle Management” in the frame of the IPA Cross-border Cooperation Programme Montenegro – Albania 2014-2020.

The training for potential applicants from Albania will take place from 9 – 11 October 2019 and will be organized in Shkodra (Albania).

The training for potential applicants from Montenegro will take place from 16 – 18 October 2019 and will be organized in Ulcinj (Montenegro).

You will timely be informed about the exact location (the premises) of the event.

The aim of the training is development of the capacity of the potential applicants in preparation of the project proposals. In line with aim, the general principles of the preparation of the project proposals will be presented during the training.

Please, be informed that the number of the participants is limited to a maximum of 30. Since the number of the participants is limited, we are kindly asking you to register one representative of your institution/organization.

In case that the maximum number of the participants is fulfilled, the others will be informed that the further registration is not possible.

In addition, please be informed that:

• The main language of the training will be English with the possibility of usage of Albanian and Montenegrin, if necessary.
• The costs of the accommodation and the transport of the participants are not covered by the organizers.
• Priority should be given to participants/candidates from your institution/organization with basic or no knowledge since the training will provide essential information and will be focused on the main characteristics of the Project Cycle Management methodology.
