Within preparation activities for the launching of the second Call for Proposals, the Joint Technical Secretariat, in cooperation with the Operating Structures of both countries (Office for European Integration of Montenegro, Ministry of Finance of Montenegro – Directorate for Finance and Contracting of the EU Assistance Funds (CFCU) and Ministry for Europe and Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Albania) invite you to participate in the workshop – Project clinics within the IPA Cross-border Cooperation Programme Montenegro – Albania 2014-2020.

The workshops are scheduled for Tuesday, 10 July 2018 in Podgorica (location to be confirmed) and Thursday, 12 July 2018 in Shkodra (location to be confirmed).

The aim of the workshops is to develop capacities of potential applicants in preparation of project proposals through presentation, discussion and advice on how to overcome common mistakes within various sections of the Concept Note and Grant Application Form. Please see draft agendas here:

In addition, please be informed that:

• The main language of the workshop will be English with the possibility of usage of Albanian and Montenegrin, if necessary.
• The costs of the transport of the participants are not covered by the organizers.
