The Enhancing Cooperation newsletter brings updates on activities, events, and achievements within the EU-funded Cross-border Cooperation (CBC) Programmes. Since its 20th edition, the newsletter covers both the IPA II CBC Programmes Montenegro – Albania and Montenegro – Kosovo 2014–2020, as well as the new IPA III CBC Programmes Montenegro – Albania and Montenegro – Kosovo 2021–2027. Its aim is to inform the wider public, highlight results and showcase how cross-border cooperation strengthens connections, development and opportunities across the region.
