Within the Second Call for Proposals under the IPA Cross-border Cooperation Programme Montenegro – Albania 2014 – 2020, potential beneficiaries can apply with projects proposals within two thematic priorities related to protectionof the environment, promotion of climate change adaptation and mitigation, risk prevention and management, and employment, labor mobility and social and cultural inclusion on both sides of the border.

The Contracting Authority (CFCU Montenegro) published the 2^nd Call for Proposals (CfP) on 26 February 2019 which will opened until 27 May 2019.

The overall indicative amount available under this call is EUR 2,890,000.00 ( and it will cover the following thematic priorities (TP):

• TP 2 – Protecting the environment, promoting climate change adaptation and mitigation, risk prevention and management (EUR 1,890,000.00);
• TP 3- Promoting employment, labour mobility and social and cultural inclusion across the border (EUR 1,000,000.00).
