On 19 of April, UET Centre in collaboration with the municipality Mirdite organized another session of the Educational Training with the women of Mirdita region. The ssession was organized in two modules. The first one being “Food safety requirements in primary (farm level) production and safety standards for dairy production” with Dr. Rudina Cakraj and the second “Purchase process and inventory management” with Ms. Aurora Lazaj.
