Under the new Albanian Law 84/2022 “On budget for 2023” and the Supplementary Instruction for the implementation of the budget for 2023, detailed instructions were published for Albanian beneficiaries (state institutions) on how to benefit from the national fund dedicated to pre-financing, co-financing and payment of value added tax and customs duties for their projects.
