The European Integration Office of Montenegro, in cooperation with the Ministry of Finance of Montenegro – Directorate for Finance and Contracting of the EU Assistance Funds (CFCU) and in association with the Ministry for Europe and Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Albania and the Ministry of Local Government Administration of the Republic of Kosovo, announces the call for expression of interest for independent assessors for the assessment of project proposals within the cross-border cooperation programmes Montenegro – Albania and Montenegro – Kosovo 2014-2020.
