The Ministry of Finance and the Ministry of European Affairs, in cooperation with the Delegation of the European Union in Montenegro, tomorrow – on March 23, starting at 9h00, are organizing a press conference on the occasion of the opening of the 4th Call for Project Proposals for the IPA Cross-Border Cooperation Programme Montenegro – Albania 2014- 2020 in the European House (Trg Argentina 4, Podgorica).

The objective of the Call for Proposals is to strengthen good neighbourly relations and the socio-economic development of border regions, through the valorisation of their tourist potential, as well as ecologically sustainable economic development, respecting their common cultural and natural heritage. This programme serves as an important reminder to foster common European values of trust, mutual respect and cooperation.
