ANNOUNCEMENT - Kick-off conference on the occasion of the launch the Second Call for Proposals – IPA Cross-Border Cooperation Programme Montenegro-Albania 2014-2020

The European Integration Office of Montenegro and the Ministry for Europe and Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Albania with the support of the Joint Technical Secretariat of the Programme organizes a kick-off conference on Monday, March 18 2019 on the occasion of the launch the Second Call for Proposals under the IPA Cross-border Cooperation Programmme Montenegro – Albania 2014-2020.

The kick-off conference will open with introductory speeches of:

Ms Ivana Glišević Đurović, Deputy Chief Negotiator and National IPA Coordinator, European Integration Office, Government of Montenegro
Mr Sokol Dedja, Deputy Minister of the Ministry for Europe and Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Albania
Ms Marija Vukčević, Acting Director General of the Directorate for Finance and Contracting of the EU Assistance Funds, Ministry of Finance of Montenegro
Ms Donata von Sigsfeld, Programme Manager for Territorial Cooperation, Delegation of the European Union to Montenegro

After the introductory presentations, the Joint Technical Secretariat will present the Second Call for Proposals.

The kick-off conference will be held at the Ramada Hotel, starting at 11:00.
