Expected results of the project:
- Increased professional, self-employment/entrepreneurship skills and competencies of unemployed youth and women in the cross – border region in sector of ICT, tourism, hospitality, gastronomy and traditional crafts;
- Established a cross-border brand for the promotion of local products and services, with the aim of improving competitiveness, self-employment, preconditions for employment and increase cross border business cooperation in priority sectors in the CB region.
Target groups: jobseekers with low or medium level of education, low level of qualifications and with skills not matching labour market demands; youth (age 15 to 29) and women in CB areas seeking employment; business owners/employers from cross-border area.
Project area: Montenegro – Podgorica, Tuzi, Danilovgrad, Budva, Bar, Ulcinj and Old Royal Capital Cetinje; Albania – Municipality of Shkoder, Municipality of Vau i Dejes, and Municipality of Malesia e Madhe;
Impact of the project: Facilitating the access to the labour market for young people and women in cross-border areas of Albania and Montenegro.
