The Directorate for Finance and Contracting of the EU Assistance Funds (CFCU) of the Ministry of Finance of Montenegro published today the 2nd Call for Proposals (CfP) for the IPA Cross-border Programme Montenegro – Albania 2014 – 2020.
The global objective of the 2nd CfP is to promote/strengthen good neighbourly relations and socioeconomic development of the border regions, through an environmentally sustainable and socially inclusive economic development, with respect for its common cultural and natural heritage.
The overall indicative amount made available under this call for proposals is EUR 2,890,000.00 (EU contribution – merged IPA allocation 2016 – amounting of 1,700,000.00 € and IPA allocation 2017 – amounting of 1,190,000.00 €).
The call is open for the following thematic priorities (TP):
- TP 2 – Protecting the environment, promoting climate change adaptation and mitigation, risk prevention and management;
- TP 3- Promoting employment, labour mobility and social and cultural inclusion across the border.
Deadline for submission of project proposals is the 27th May 2019.
